International Ethernet Private Line (IEPL)

- Seamless and flexible bandwidth upgrading with minimum commitment
- OPTIONS to downgrade but the customer shall remain minimum of initial or startup capacity over the contract period with one month notice in advance.

- Provisioning end-to-end performance based on committed information rate (CIR), frame loss and delay variation characteristics.
