Prior to stepping into the CFO role in Fibrecomm commencing 15 June 2026, Erman served as Manager for Business Performance & Analysis. In this capacity, he led comprehensive performance reviews, evaluating budget variance and historical trends to deliver the critical insights required for data-driven executive decisions. Known for driving digital transformation, Erman leveraged ERP infrastructure and advanced BI tools—including SAP, Power BI, and Qlik Sense—to automate complex financial reporting workflows and drastically improve corporate data transparency.

Erman’s deep functional expertise spans enterprise-wide strategic by successfully spearheaded annual budgeting and optimization initiatives across both operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditure structures, ensuring highly precise resource allocation.

He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he directly orchestrates the execution, monitoring, and control of enterprise strategic plans and change initiatives to operational accountability and measurable commercial outcomes. Under his financial stewardship, he institutionalizes budgetary controls through budgeting, planning, and forecasting frameworks aligned with corporate objectives, while continuously ensuring the flawless, compliant delivery of all internal and external financial reporting.
