ASMAH MUHAMAD ISMAIL

Head, People Management & Administration

Asmah Binti Muhamad Ismail joined Fibrecomm on 1 October 2019 as Head, People Management & Administration Department. She oversees the Human Resource function which provides strategic advice and support in the areas of Organisational Development and Performance, Talent Management, Recruitment, Remuneration and Rewards as well as Workplace Relation, Safety & Health.

Prior to this, she has been serving Telekom Malaysia  Berhad (TM) Group Human Capital for more than 18 years in areas including Regional / State operations, shared services operations and business partnering. In this role, she is the key person for Human Capital Operations for TM Overseas Office located in USA, UK, Singapore & Hong Kong. She has participated in various conferences such Data Analytics, IR Law conference and TM Agile Conference to add value and knowledge for best practice.

Qualification

  • Master of Business Administration majoring in Human Resource and Organisational Design from UM
  • Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Multimedia Economics from MMU
